In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless context requires otherwise:

By accessing the ar999e Platform, registering an Account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any feature of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the ar999e Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the ar999e Platform and close your Account if one exists. Continued use of any part of the Platform following notification of an amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

Access to Real Money Play on the ar999e Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout their use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are registering and playing on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which access to online gambling services is explicitly prohibited by law;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from ar999e or any other affiliated gaming platform;
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee of ar999e or any of its game suppliers.

ar999e reserves the right to request age and identity documentation from any Player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in account suspension pending review.

To access Real Money Play at ar999e, you must register a single Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number or email address. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms.

Each individual may register and hold only one ar999e Account at any time. ar999e employs technical and procedural controls to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified — including accounts registered under different names but sharing the same device, IP address, payment method, or household — ar999e reserves the right to close all but the earliest verified account, void all bonus-derived winnings across duplicate accounts, and refer the matter for further investigation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ar999e login credentials. All activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility until you notify ar999e of unauthorised access in writing via our official support channel. ar999e will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to secure your credentials.

ar999e is required under its international gaming licence to conduct identity verification for all players who request withdrawals and, where applicable, for players who deposit above defined thresholds. KYC verification is a regulatory obligation — not a discretionary policy.

KYC documentation typically required by ar999e includes:

• Proof of Identity: National Identity Card (CNIC), Passport, or Driver's Licence;
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months and displaying your registered residential address;
• Proof of Payment Method: Where deposits are made via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank, ar999e may request confirmation that the payment method is registered in your name.

ar999e undertakes to process submitted KYC documentation within three business days. Pending KYC review, withdrawals may be placed in a processing queue but will not be released until verification is complete. ar999e will not use KYC documents for any purpose other than identity verification and regulatory compliance.

ar999e accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. Minimum and maximum transaction limits for each payment method are displayed at the time of deposit and withdrawal and are subject to change with reasonable notice.

Deposits: Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your ar999e account wallet within 60 seconds under normal network conditions. Bank transfer deposits via HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank may take up to 2 business hours to reflect depending on the originating bank's processing schedule.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests submitted by a KYC-verified player are processed by ar999e within 24 hours. Transfers to JazzCash and EasyPaisa wallets are typically received within 1 to 3 hours of processing. Bank transfers may take up to 1 business day from the processing timestamp.

• Withdrawals will only be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit of equivalent or greater value, unless otherwise approved by ar999e's finance team;
• ar999e does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges;
• ar999e reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing withdrawals above threshold amounts;
• Deposits made but not wagered at least once prior to withdrawal may be subject to a processing review.

ar999e offers a variety of promotions to eligible registered players. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

General bonus conditions applicable to all ar999e promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds and must meet applicable wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn;
• Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be wagered before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable — for example, a 30x wagering requirement on a Rs. 1,000 bonus means Rs. 30,000 in eligible wagers must be completed;
• Only wagers placed on eligible games contribute to wagering requirements — table games and live dealer games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all as specified per promotion;
• Bonuses that have not been claimed or wagered within the validity period specified in the promotion will expire automatically;
• ar999e reserves the right to void any bonus and any winnings derived from it where there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage wagering, or exploitation of a technical error;
• Each eligible promotion may be claimed once per player, per household, and per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.

All games offered on the ar999e Platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are displayed within each game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers. ar999e does not offer refunds for wagers placed in error where the game functioned as intended.

ar999e's sportsbook — including cricket, PSL, and all other listed markets — is governed by the following general sportsbook rules:

• All bets are accepted and settled at the odds displayed at the time of placement unless a manifest error has occurred;
• ar999e reserves the right to suspend betting markets at any time, including during live events, where integrity concerns arise;
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bets will be settled in accordance with ar999e's event-specific rules applicable to that sport and competition;
• Void bets are refunded at stake with no winnings or losses applied;
• ar999e's trading team decisions on bet settlement are final, subject only to the formal dispute process described in the Support section of the Platform.

All ar999e casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited to confirm fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games use physical dealing equipment operated by trained studio dealers. Game outcomes are final once completed — no post-hand or post-round adjustments are made except to correct a demonstrable technical error affecting the game result.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the ar999e Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of funds:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration or KYC information;
• Creating more than one Account, or playing through an Account registered in another person's name;
• Using automated bots, scripts, or any software designed to gain unfair advantage in games or sportsbook markets;
• Engaging in collusion with other players in any card game or casino product;
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or malfunctions for financial gain — any winnings arising from a confirmed technical error will be voided;
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any financial transaction that violates applicable anti-money laundering regulations;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory communication with any ar999e support agent or other player;
• Sharing or selling access to your ar999e Account to any third party.

ar999e employs automated monitoring systems and manual review procedures to detect prohibited conduct. Players under investigation may have their accounts temporarily restricted — including a freeze on withdrawals — pending the outcome of that investigation. ar999e will provide written notification of the outcome to the Player's registered email address within a reasonable timeframe.

All content on the ar999e Platform — including but not limited to the ar999e name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of ar999e or its licensed game suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit reproduction, redistribution, sale, modification, or public display of any ar999e content without prior written consent from ar999e.

ar999e collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

ar999e does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with payment processors, KYC verification providers, regulatory authorities, and game suppliers where necessary to deliver the ar999e service and fulfil legal obligations. All data transfers are conducted under appropriate contractual safeguards.

ar999e is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The following tools are available to all registered players from the account dashboard at no cost and without requiring support intervention:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps to control spending;
• Loss Limits: Maximum loss thresholds per defined period, after which further Real Money Play is suspended until the next period begins;
• Session Time Limits: Automatic session duration reminders and optional hard cutoffs;
• Reality Checks: On-screen notifications displaying time elapsed and net session result at user-defined intervals;
• Self-Exclusion: Temporary exclusions from 24 hours to 6 months, or permanent account closure — all processed immediately upon request.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ar999e shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the ar999e Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical failure, interruption of service, or network issues beyond ar999e's control.

ar999e's total cumulative liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their ar999e Account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ar999e does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from malicious code. ar999e implements commercially reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee the security of any data transmitted over the internet. Players access and use the Platform at their own risk.

ar999e reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where an amendment is material — meaning it substantively affects Player rights regarding funds, withdrawals, or account closure — ar999e will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via email to registered Players before the amended Terms take effect.

For non-material amendments — such as clarifications, corrections to typographical errors, or updates reflecting changes in regulatory guidance — ar999e may implement changes with immediate effect and will update the "Last Reviewed" date at the top of this document accordingly.

If you do not agree with any amended Terms, your sole remedy is to close your Account before the effective date of the amendment. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes your binding acceptance of the amended Terms.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ar999e holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through ar999e's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised international arbitration body.

Players are encouraged to raise any dispute in the first instance with ar999e's support team via live chat or by email to [email protected]. ar999e undertakes to acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within 48 hours and to issue a substantive response within 14 days of receiving all relevant information from the Player.
